How we verify recipes
- Every trigger and action must appear in the vendor's official docs (Zapier app page, Make app docs, n8n node docs, or the software's own help center/API docs). We link them on the page.
- Plan requirements are taken from the vendor's help center. When the vendor contradicts itself (for example, Housecall Pro's Zapier plan), we say so.
- Costs use published platform prices; anything we calculate is marked ESTIMATE.
- "Tested" appears only after a human runs the recipe in a real or sandbox account.
- An agent re-checks sources weekly and flags changes. A human approves every page before it goes live.
