About ChopBusy

ChopBusy is an independent site run by a small independent publisher. We started it because owners and office managers at HVAC, plumbing, cleaning and landscaping companies lose hours every week to copy-paste work: retyping leads, chasing invoices, checking for reviews. Most automation advice is written for tech companies. We wanted step-by-step recipes written for the trades.

How we make recommendations

• Official docs only. Every trigger, action and plan requirement in a recipe is checked against the vendor's own documentation, and we link it. See how we verify.
• Built-in first. If Jobber, Housecall Pro or QuickBooks already does the job, we tell you, even though that earns us nothing.
• Real costs. We show the monthly cost on Zapier, Make and n8n, and mark our own math as an estimate.
• Honest labels. A recipe says "tested" only after a person has run it in a real or sandbox account.

How we make money

Some links are affiliate links, and we offer paid (clearly labeled) consultant listings. We are not paid to rank products, and no company can buy a better review or a spot in a recipe. Details are on our disclosure page.
